Refunds Policy:

If you cancel at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 14 and 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you receive a 50 percent refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is NO refund UNLESS the cancellation is the fault of the “insider” misrepresenting something in their profile or in a message to the client. Such as, the insider:
– The listing booked is misrepresented in some way
– The location of the activity (NGO, intern site, or class space for the tutorial) isn’t generally clean, is unsafe, or there was another major concern that wasn’t disclosed prior to booking.
– In the case of a volunteer or intern site, the activity described on the listing is not consistent with the activity the participant is being asked to perform OR there is no meaningful work for the student or volunteer to engage.
