About the organization:
Catering and hospitality industry that has two different outlets within the same office complex. It has one outlet specialized in local dishes like, Banku and Tilapia with hot pepper, Jollof rice, red red( ripe plaintain), Fufu, and others.
The second outlet provides high class restaurant services to clients who do not want to take the Ghanaian local dishes but continental. The menu include fried rice, Chinese rice, chicken wigs etc
Type of work: Hospitality industry
Volunteer responsibilities: help plan the menu, supervise services to ensure quality, provide training support, help serve customers, advice management of the new restaurant how to improve the quality of service.
Volunteer skills: ability to learn different culture.
Program timeframe: starting from October, 2017
